✅ Recommended Fee-Split Structure
We encourage parents to pay the full term fees at once, as this helps simplify planning and ensures your child’s place is fully secured. For parents who could not afford full payment at once, a two-installment option is available:
Option 1: Two-Part Payment (Simple)
1️⃣ First Installment – Before / At Resumption
Amount: 60% of total fees
Deadline: Friday, 16 January 2026 (end of week 2)
Purpose: Secures the child’s place and covers early-term expenses.
2️⃣ Second Installment – Mid-Term
Amount: 40% balance
Deadline: Friday, 27 February 2026 (around week 8)
✔️ This keeps all payments well within the term and gives parents breathing room.
Please note: Students who do not meet their fee obligations will, unfortunately, not be allowed to attend classes. This policy is necessary to maintain quality teaching, resources, and a safe learning environment for all students. While we do not like sending any child home, it is important that fees are paid on time to ensure fairness and continuity for everyone.
🖊️ Parent/Guardian Acknowledgment
By registering my child at Christ Majesty Schools, I acknowledge and agree to the school’s fee policy. I understand that:
- Payment of term fees (in full or in the approved installment plan) is mandatory for my child’s continued enrollment.
- Failure to meet fee obligations may result in my child being temporarily or permanently excluded from school activities, classes, or enrollment.
- The school shall not be held liable for any interruption or discontinuation of my child’s education resulting from non-payment of fees.
- I commit to cooperating with the school to ensure timely payment of fees, so that the school can continue to provide quality education and resources for my child.
